trust me you dont want to even go there I had a very bad experience ,Me and my sister followed John edwards book getting in touch with the dead ,and in the back is a way to communicate with them I will never as long as I live mess with that again you can open a door for bad sprits to come in .DONT DO IT . my sis first tried it she saw my grandmother and my baby sister was murdered so we tried to contact her I almost had a heart attack .my sis lived in hawaii at the time so we did it together over the phone step by step and oh my gosh I heard 1000 vioces screaming at me thru what sounded like stactic and even when my sis tried to stop this from me and her we couldnt stop the sound over the phone so I laid the phone down away from me and I freaked out because it still was screaming in my head ,it took 30 minutes for it to stop my sis had to call my husband to come home .I then started seeing stuff after that I saw a woman walking in my yard ,alot of things noone else saw .a car rolling thru my house noone pushing it ,so please it took a year to recover dont mess with that stuff ,later to find they advise people if you dont know what you are doing leave it be ,good luck ,,,and this story is really true .

it's pretty easy..do step by step as following;
1.Potrait one eye between your real two eyes.
2.Sit infront of the word "GHOSTS".
C'mon,friend,don't wantta try kind of silly/insane stuff.those thing are bad for ya.
