Do photographers develop their own film? I know ones like Ansel Adams did, but what about like fashion photographers?

Generally speaking (from knowing hundreds of photographers), probably less than 5% develope their own film. Many have dedicated developers they know and trust.

Time is big money in the fashion biz. Most established fashion photographers have an array of employees to assist them in creating the wonderful photos you see in magazines. The time is better spent in concept and execution of the idea than in a darkroom.

Most photographers use digital now so no film processing is needed.

to answer ur ?.... no.. with the tech. these days they print them like everyone else.... now some old school one can if they know how to and its cheaper but most of them just print them

i use to develope my own film, but now i have a digi cam.
