Okay, I'll try to keep this short. I'm a 20 year old girl in the midwest. To this point I've had a normal life with a normal family and nothing strange has ever really happened to me. I've been with 3 guys since I was 14 and have always been careful. I like sex as much as the next girl and get just as horny as anyone and I've never felt odd with sex. A few weeks back, I had a small party (about 10 people) at my house while my father and brother were away camping. We were all drinking and having a good time. I was even considering hooking up with a guy Ive had my eye on for a while. Well, one thing led to another and I got way too drunk and was close to passed out. I remember one of my better guy friends helping me into my bedroom and into bed. I was really drunk, felt quite sick and finally just passed out in my bed. I woke up around 3:00am still fully clothed in my bed and didn't hear anyone outside. Still quite drunk, I stubled out to where everyone had been hanging out but everyone had left. I tried to clean up some mess that had been left by my friends and locked up the house. then I went back to my room, got into my pajamas (jogging shorts and a tank top) and crawled into bed to pass out for the rest of the night.
I must have passed out hard. I woke up around 11:00am smelling breakfast. Very hungover, it made me want to vomit. As I sat up, I felt something very wet in my bed. I look down to see a huge wetspot in my bed. I wasn't sure what had happened so I went to the bathroom. When I got there, I found that I my crotch was completely soaked and it looked as if there was semenboth on my shorts, in my pubic hair and coming out of my vagina. Still unsure of what was going on, I cleaned myself up and went out to the kitchen to see where the breakfast smell was coming from. I found my dad and brother eating breakfast. I wasn't expecting them home til the end of the day. Neither of them acted strange. They acted just like they always do. But they were the only ones there. I think either my dad or my brother had sex with me when I was passed out in my bed but I don't know when and I'm not sure what to do.

Hummm this is a very hard problem.
You see it may not even be them?....and you were quite drunk.
It could have been before them....
But! if your sure it was maybe one of them your Dad or Brother,then that makes it a crime.
Crime has to be delt with, esp in a family .......But, you must be 101% sure you feel one of them...To do something about this is the right thing,only you can re-trace that night....just remember
it is very very serious if it was one of them...Find that one person outside the family, you can trust to support you.Do not rush too fast into this, take time to work it out....carefully.You will have to do something,and use wisdom too.It is such a serious problem'if' it is your father-or-brother...You know them better than anyone, so seek help....it could happen again when you are just sleeping.Who you pick to help you, is your first job,so use care o.k....but do not think it will go away, it won't...And in the end, it can get to become a Huge problem,for you...I pray you find that one person to help you.If not...then look for a person
who is in the profession of rape-victims.But, be strong ...all the best to you.....May God give you help on this.

I think that it may not be your dad or bro and you must be careful about accusing them of something like that. Because if it wasn't them, you may hurt them enough by accusing them, that they may pull away from you and it may hurt your relationship with them for the rest of your life.
You said that when you got up in the middle of the night, everybody was gone. You also said that when you got up, you were still too drunk. Well, may be you had already been raped by the time you got up the first time but you were too drunk to notice or to remember. And once you woke up in the morning your first thought was that your brother or dad had done it.
Someone said that semen tries up pretty fast, that's not necessarily true. It will under the right condition. But inside your vagina and on you panties, since it's close to the body and the crotch area is always humid, it takes much longer to try.
The best thing to do is to go to the cops and tell them what happened. You can't go to the doctor anymore because it happened a couple of weeks ago. All evidence is gone by now. But they can still use the panties, bed sheet or anything else that had semen on. You need to save those and take them to the cops. It's likely that they'll ask you to make a list of males guests that were at the party. They’ll make every male guest, including your dad and brother, provide a sample of their DNA for comparison. You don't need to accuse your dad or brother, just tell the cops that you would like to rule EVERYBODY out who had been there from the moment you passed out to the moment that you woke up. They'll ask your brother and dad to supply a sample without you having to accuse them directly. That way you don’t create any conflict between your dad, brother and you.
This is something you need to do, because otherwise, you'll never see your dad and brother the same again. And you may end up hurting your relationship with them for the rest of your life unnecessarily, since they may be innocent. You are never going to be happy until you find the truth.

First of all if this is a true thing you should go to a Dr to see if the sex act even happened and since you were sooooo drunk you can not assume it was your dad or brother that is soooo wrong ...... you little excursion to the spot where your friends were and you found they were not could of been in your head .....I am not trying to come off as rude ......but dang!!!!!! Besides knowing your luck it was probably a wet dream and you blew all over yourself.......Maybe you should not be drinking

I am thinking maybe someone else was in the house possibly passed out like you were and got up in the middle of the night like you did but after you went back to bed. This party guest took advantage of you in your drunk condition. Check the guy you were considering hooking up with. He's your culprit.

You need to talk to someone about this or report it. It will effect your life. You must find out who did it. Is there any other form of evidence to track who did it. Can anyone tell you if someone stayed behind. If you want to confront them be careful. Have someone like a friend with you. Do not go through this alone. There are people who can help you. Im sorry this has happened to you.

I think someone at the party was in another bedroom. After he heard you get up, then go back to bed, he came in and had sex with you. I hope you are using some form of contraception.

Where is your mom? Anywyas are you sure that it wasnt any of your friends? If I had to choose, I would choose your brother. But you should know. Are you sure you never received any signals from your bro or dad? I doubt that this could just happen out of the blue. You know there is usually something before somehting like this happens. But you should know.

What on earth would make you think that your father or brother had sex with you? Lets think abou this rationally. If it was anyone at all, it was more than likely going to be one of the people at the party.
