Firstly...pray...and here some verses to help you...
Matthew 5:43-44 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
Romans 12:17-21... Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
OK...let me pray quickly for you...
Father I thank you Lord that you hear me always as a son..Father I pray for this little one and ask that you would grant your wisdom in the word and spirit that she could be a light shining in a dark place and that men/women could see your glory in her..move upon those who see the love of the Father in her and despise her for it...Lord I pray that you would give patience..and knowledge to stand and see your salvation...in Jesus Precious and holy name..I pray...God bless..and may the Lord continue to bless and keep you...

Try to like her more than you do now. You be the friend and ask her to join you in doing things that you know will be of interest to her. Introduce her to some of your friends. Take time to talk to her in a loving manner. You live with her, remember a house divided can not stand. You will tear each other up if you don't find peace in your own home. Eventually you will not sleep properly or eat properly if the problem gets to bad. You show the example do what you know is right no matter what. You answer for your actions, even your thoughts are a part of who are. Choose to think great of this person no matter what they do so your heart will be in great shape FORGIVE and move on to the next day.

Fisrt things first...stalking is a strong term. If your health or safety is in danger call the police and follow the proper channels to protect yourself.
That being said I thinks its commendable that you take the time to find a responsible christian way to deal with the problem. You can pray for the person, you can talk to her or write her a letter. When it comes down to the nitty gritty just dont fall to her level, dont allow her to pull you down to behaving wordly. I think you are on the right track. The question shows that you have a good head on your shoulders and God will honor that. Please remember though I cant urge you enough that you need to contact proper authorities if you feel threatened. I will keep you in my prayers. :)

I know that there is a small book out by Readers Digest that is exactly what you are looking for. It is called Bible Verses for Today's Busy Woman. It is separated by what you are asking for there is a section on sorrow, jealousy, love, family, a cheating spouse, temptation, etc... I think that is exactly what you need and each section has bible verses that deal with that topic.

Matthew 5:44-48 (NKJV) "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 "that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 "For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 "And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 "Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

if I had become room mates with a person who is practicaly stalking me I would move. ASafter I had moved I would make sure that that person does not know where I am and if she did find out I think I would have to file a restraining order. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This person also needs to know that the Lord says we are to obey the lawss of the land. Stalking is illegal.

would suggest you talk with a counselor at your school.you might be able to have the situation resolved by getting a different roommate or moving to a different room. the counselors are trained in handling various situations such as this. if the counselor states the changing is impossible ask for a conference and have patience. we who are tolerant must be tolerant of those who are not. please for both your and your roommate peace of mind try to get someone to intercede and restore peace and harmony so both of you can get good grades in school.

file a formal complaint with the police, and get a restraining order through the city attorneys office if you need to. Some crazy people don't get the hint.

In Matthew chapter 5 it says:
Blessed are ye when men rivile you and persecute you and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad for great is your reward in Heaven.

I am sorry, but when you describe someone being jealous of you, it kind of answers your question. Do you project an image of superiority? Introspection is very healthy. If the problem lies within you, then apologize to her and pray that it will calm the situation. If I am reading you wrong, I apologize. You can then only pray for her to have a change of heart.
