Because thinking makes your head hurt.
I recently received an extremely hateful email from an otherwise intelligent person advising me that I did not know what I was talking about in regards to Muslims.
His reference was conversations he claimed to have had with Muslims over the telephone & Internet by which he established as fact that all Muslims are violent terrorist supporters.
And totally disregarded my former residency in Saudi Arabia as trivial compared to the conversations he had had over the telephone & I'net.
The point is that people tend to seek evidence to support their beliefs and ignore or dismiss anything that refutes that belief. Muslims have replaced "Godless Communists" as the enemy of choice in American society.
The military-industrial complex must have enemies, Muslims are the current enemies of choice.

To quote Afrika Baambaatu, "Putting people in places , categories- knowledge isn't what it used to be..." ... I agree "pigeonholing" is often just a lazy mind disinterested in learning ...
But at same time... we can't just yield the field to a new diletante , lol -" the knowlegde police" perhaps ... whose "selfannointed duty becomes running around saying "That question is insensitive!" ... "That question is not PC(politically correct)" ... Because I am sorry, but there is not an "objective soul" here qualified to be that censor ...
For example the atheist/ agnostic asking a Christian.... ?????... Because our question space is limited... an atheist may genuinely want a Christian response on something (a nuance of the "spirit" of the question is perhaps the best that discernment can do, I am afraid- is hostile or insulting?...is genuinely curious?) ... I would bet that anyone who critiques a question here ... that if they have been long active ... I could likewise ... move into their archives and find plenty of livid examples of the same shallow offense "labelling" ... So in my opinion ed, it is just something that's going to be the "nature of the beast" of this place ... policing it will ruin the "free" exploratory atmosphere ... All I can recomend , is make that criterion part of why you choose to visit and answer certain questions ... :D

Of course not. You will run into good people and bad people in every race and religion. Sometimes as a society we show our ignorance by generalizing and stating that ever person in this race or religion will have these traits. However, it couldn't be further from the truth. All we can do is teach our children tolerance and hope things get better in time.

They all blindly follow the teachings of the Quran.
I for one feel sorry for the Muslim people.
They've been deceived by a false prophet who promotes lying murder and was a pedophile. All these qualities are evil and come from Satan. And as most Christians know, the Bible says there will be false prophets. And it's hard for humans to distinguish one from the other.
So let's all get together and pray for them. It's not their fault. Satan has deceived them.

No, man. It's the Chinese. They all think the same. I mean, when we're done with the Muslims Ennemy-Of-The-Corporate-System and Its-Fools-Among-Us we'll have to deal with the Chinese, and then you'll hear about how they all think the same, and you'll remember that I told

Oh, anyhow, the Muslims and the Chinese and the Americans aren't anybody's ennemy. But we need to sell them weapons, and boats, and submarines, and Intelligence, and green wear, right?

Every human has a right to their opinion.
But no not every Muslim thinks alike.
Same way not every one in the same faith always agree as to what their religion teaches is all right.
