If I remember right Lean Mac frozen seamen is now going for $15,000 a shot, the dog down the street is free. So take your pick. The real determing factors are what has your dog done (Lean Mac was a 4x national champion), and what have pups sired by your dog done (there are 96 titled Lean Mac pups) Dog down the street has never seen the inside of a show ring, or sired a puppy.
So there are both ends of the spectrom for you.
The reality is that there needs to be a reason that someone would want to use your dog, or the only breedings he will do will be with "back yard breeders"

It would depend on whether or not your male is proven, how much winning he's done in the show ring, how good his pedigree is, a lot of factors come into play. For a proven malel who's got some progeny out there that's doing some winning, the price is most often the cost of a puppy - but a breeder would know that.

It depends on the type of dog you have. I would suggest going to a breeders website-just type in stud fees in google & it will bring up other people advertising for it then you can compare with what you want to charge.
