This isn't religion...it's superstitious indoctrination. Terrifying to say the least. I don't enjoy horror pics...esp. when they're real.

After looking at this video, my thoughts and feelings went the entire gambit...to staying on scary. Why? Look into the Life of Christ. Christ led through example in the way HE served those around HIM constantly looking for the Lost. Somehow, I failed to see The looking for the Lost. Matt. 5:1-7:1-29. True, Christ was a radical in a lot of His teachings; however, He gave the example of what God is looking for in us, and what "Being a Disciple of Christ " Truly looks like as well as entails. Religion is ONLY as Good as Those whose faith is firmly established. But by the same token, it only takes the small faith of an individual to change the world. And we as "Disciples of Christ" change the world not by "Forcing the world to accept our perceived Notions of Christ! But rather showing God's Love. Jon 3:16, Jon 13:34-35, and Always being ready to give an accounting of our faith. 2Tim. 2:15, 2Tim. 3:16-17. If we make the claim, "We are Christians" we better be making an "Accurate rendering of who we are serving!"

At first I thought that the trailer was not serious and the film was to be a criticism of the Christian Right. Not so. More information about the film on:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486358/

The activity at this camp can only really be described as child abuse. Why (apparently) intelligent parents sent their children for religious indoctrination before they have the education and experience to judge for themselves suggests they lack conviction in their own beliefs.

Yes, I will watch this film - know thine enemy.

notice they use the following verse
Mathew 11:12
"From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it"
Imagine how much of your tax dollars are supporting these groups.

At first it looked lame...
Then I started to laugh....
Then I started to worry...

I don't know whether to pity those brainwashed raving wierdos or buy a shotgun in case they turn up in my neighbourhood.

I don't want to see that stuff. If it was out of Iraq brainwashing Muslim extremists, there'd be a hue and cry about its evil and it would be banned from being shown in cinemas.

Seriously, dude, it looks about as appetising as a snuff movie.

It's people like this who make people like me far less tolerant of religion. I try to respect others' beliefs, but come on... give me something to work with here!

Not from the trailer, esp as my sound was out, but maybe if I saw a review or discussion of it.

I couldn't watch children being brainwashed for two hours. It looks just like the Muslim camps they show in the middle east,

Yes, you like my local radio personality. Is taking this film out of content.
They are describing metaphors. If you know anything about the religion and the relationships of Jesus Christ. You will under the language and the meaning behind what the movie says.

I have laid down my life for Jesus. Meaning given what I am to following him.
