have you tried slow training?

it is where you used less weight and make each rep last about 10 times longer, it will help you build up strength, try it out

1. increase your stamina 2 lift heavier weights, for eg. evry week increase the weight u lift by 1 pound or 2 and so on.
2. secondly have a good apetite , take good food , and build ur body well

Gradually increase your weights and do so for about 6- 8 weeks.
