I don't think they all want the Pope "dead." Only a percentage that are lunatics.
In a nutshell, when you're on the wrong path, "wrong" can seem "right."

Why do Muslims want anyone dead? They express themselves through violence. If the truth incites someone to murder, doesn't that validate the truth?

i would say because he shows himself off as a deity in human form, while he is not also what has happened with catholics and muslims in history (its not pretty), I as a Christian even see the pope as some made up Catholic fake diety, anyone can be just as pious and holy as him, God doesnt limit righteousness to only some people, I do like what popes have done in the past though they still are good God fearing servants, just to lifted up for being human though!

we dont want anybody dead .. and by the way you dont know us so dont judge us and talk about our relegeion like yours and that you now it well you dont know any thing about muslims .. and are prophet is not violance .. the un muslims who was with him in his city wanted him dead they tried sevreal times when killed him then they kicked him from his city after years he came back with his armys the unmuslimed gave up and even they wanted him dead he didnt killed him he let them go

Why are Muslims violent? Truly? For those that have read the Koran, they know that violence is taught and instructed.

because he is not a muslim...dont fool yourself into thinking its deeper than that. If you are not a muslim and you dont plan to become one they want you dead too
