It's all in the genes. I've tried to gain weight. Put on five pounds but lost them within a week. We are all born with genetic dispositions.that governs our weight and other health factors. After all, we can't be anyone but ourselves. In other words, I'm skinny, 6-foot, 160 pounds. For a guy, that's not good. Believe me. I hang out in a neighborhood pub and it seems all the drunks want to challenge me to a fight.

u will surely gain at the very least 1-1.5
kilos of weight within an hour(not vry permanent).

try weight gain shakes. they are available in any vitamin/health store. other than that, lots of grains and pasta. carbs will make you gain weight. good luck! also, don't forget to lift weights. muscle weights more than fat, and when you gain weight you wont look flabby.

It is high calorie diet.It has to be higher in calorie in take than expense.extra calorie will be stored in the body as fat resulting gain in weight

Eat lots of processed sugars, junk food, and drink soda like it's from the friggin' fountain of life and your a really old person!

eat protein, you dont want to gain fat, so eat your protien (chicken and stuff like that ) and then work out, so that you gain muscle.
why do you want to GAIN weight???

gainning weight is so simple.. take plenty of white rice, bread, pizzas, pasta, potatoes.. carbohydrate basically.. and softdrinks, ice-creams and chocolates!!! yammy! its heaven!! how i wish lossing can be as easy as gainning..

There's protein drinks you can buy. Weight lifters drink it. Go to your nearest GNC store. They'll be able to help you out.
