Worldwide DNA testing, global tracking implants and fingerprinting of every person ever born.
Why? If a person has the certainty that they will be caught, tried and exterminated if they murder or incarcerated if they steal, abuse........they probably wouldnt do it the first time. AND if they did, they might be caught before they could do it again. God hasnt helped.....but a worldwide government program surely would.
Also...all parents should undergo lessons/counselling during pregnancy to ensure they are fit to be parents...and kids emotionally screened (at school) for abuse/bullying at regular intervals. The reason so many abusive people are around is because they have been abused themselves or have mental problems. Knock off the abuse and more people will grow up non-abusive because they wont have been subjected to it.
Would we be like robots......yes and no.

Drop all weapons and have a party he he, Tho seriously what is peace? We've been fighting wars so, long, we've forgotten what is really means. There will never be peace while we keep making weapons of destruction.
Instead of making broken promises for which we have to pay for, I wish the governments of each country got off their backsides and opened their eyes and did something about it!
Do we really wanna leave our future generations a legacy of blood shed?

when u say"i want peace"
just strike off the words..."i" and "want"... then automatically u will get peace...the words i and want depicts desires and our growing ego to achieve more and more in life.if u strike out the ego in u then automatically u will achieve peace.
