I know of several cases of this. When I ask why they do it, they say, "Because she deserved it." To me, there is something mentally wrong with any man who would hit a woman. A bully can always beat up a woman or an old man.

I'm afraid I don't know of any cases (specifically) of a "Christian" Man beating his wife, however I am sure this is a rarity. Obviously other religions have poor representatives of their faith as well.
Just because some doctors have made huge mistakes you don't stop going to all doctors. Don't let the mistakes of some people (Christian or not, I'm not the one to judge) keep you away from Christianity.

I've known of plenty unChristion men that beat their woman or have. I don't think religion plays a factor here, I think it's the home life that comes in here. Violence is bread into a human being it has nothing to do with religion.

You mistakenly said "Christian" when you meant to put "Muslim." It is a much worse problem among the Islamic infidels than truebelieving Christians. Muslim men don't have any problem brutalizing their own female family members. That's why they have no problem going on the rampage in public. They've grown accustomed to it.

True Christian men believe that women are property, like an animal. If you actually read the Bible you will see countless times when women are referred to as property and possessions. Therefore a true Christian man can do what the hell he likes to his property.
