Pickles.
Sliced deli turkey.
Celery or carrots.
Frozen grapes & banana slices.
You shouldn't necessarily be looking for "low fat" snacks, but rather "low calorie" ones. A bag of sugar is technically low fat. And you should also try to cut back on the snacking rather than just find healthy snacks. It's just a habit that you can break like anything else. Because no matter what you are eating, if you are snacking "all day," your daily calorie intake is going to be very high.
Good luck!

You can get those 100 calorie packs of cookies and crackers those are good. You can also get the snack bags of smartfood with only 100 calories per bag. You can buy chopped up veggies in a cup or fruit at the crocery store. That's really healthy. Apples, grapes, wheat thins....

Popcorn is only bad with the butter on it, or the nuked stuff with all the oil. It's healthy if it's air popped - and yummy, you get used to it. Nuts are good - especially almonds. Be careful with granola bars - lots of them are loaded with as much fat and calories as chocolate bars, except something like All Bran bars.

I do popcorn, carrots and celery sticks. Seems to do the trick for me. When I get a sugar craving I go for the fresh fruit. Good Luck!

Sunflower seeds........
Almonds.......
Dried fruits........
Rice cakes (in moderation because of Carbs)
Buy some green or red grapes. Wash them really good, and then take a dozen of each, put them in a zip lock baggie and freeze them.........
You can take out exactly the amount you want and they are delicious!!! It a great snack, and a healthy one at that!!
