First of all, remember that in order to spice things up, it doesn't mean heading down to your local adult shop and getting yourself kitted out in some sort of PVC number and taking home various different sex toys! I'm not a very confident person myself and frankly, I find that sort of thing more disturbing than sexual! My advice to you is this. Buy yourself a really nice set of underwear or a nice nighty. Go for something a bit different from what you usually wear but make sure its something you feel comfortable and sexy in. Then pamper yourself a bit, maybe do your hair or make up differently or wear some fake tan. Again, when you're looking good, you're going to feel more confident and sexy and that will spice things up all the more. i think one of the first things to think about is what do you like? What do you want to do? What is there to do? Ok, there are loads of different things that can be done but what do you want? Also, what would your partner like? As long as it doesn't involve anyone else against their consent there is a massive amount of variations. Search the net. Put words in a search engine for things you'd like to try. There is a magazine called Forum which you can get in most newsagents that is a great resource. Also by reading the letters pages in top shelf mags you can get ideas too. If you have a regular parmer talk it over and work at it together. That way who knows what fun you might have.

the obvious are videos/toys/games etc, also - have you tried asking your female friends what they get up to? Not intimate details - but just enough to guage some ideas.
If all else fails you could try asking your partner? Spicing up the sex life is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about and Ill bet your other half will be over the moon!!
