With friends there is a comfort zone. Doesnt really mean anything and its not really going anywhere.
With strange ppl its just different so find a different way to make yourself relaxed.

I think you can flirt with the women you'd like to go out with in a way different from that you flirt with your women friends.

you can flirt wid ur frends coz they know ur not bein serious n its just flirtin but wid women yu liek to go out wid yu gotta be very particular coz yu need to impress them.flirtin works for a lot of women and doesn't work for a lot of women depends on the woman yu want to go out wid.

just think of that woman as one of your female friends. talk to her until you feel comfortable then flirt.
