LOL, well look (but don't touch...yet). Girls have been going that for ages. When I was HS, girls did that too. Heck girls here (im in NYC) do that on the trains and buses. They expose their thongs, bra, etc...means nothing
If anything, ask her out, but don't make it seem obvious.

if she does like you she wants you to go and talk to her she will not talk to you, and if she leans back in her seat make sure her friends are not looking and take a peek, but don't make it look too obvious

Not neccesarly, girls have other ways of showing you they are interested. If there are no other signs, i seriously doubt it. But why dont you ask her??? Dont be shy.
