For starters, the UN, through resolution, created BOTH an Israeli and a Palestinian State in November 1947 (I believe it was UN Resolution #181). Jerusalem was to be an international city administered by the UN.
On May 14th, 1948 David ben Gurion officially declared the State of Israel ONLY on the land in which the UN had decreed would be the Jewish State. The NEXT F-ing day, armies of several Arab nations rolled across the borders with the stated objective of slaughtering the Jews. We are talking about 500,000 Jews agaisnt millions of Arabs. Many of these Jews were barely three years removed from the horrors of the Holocaust.
So they defended themselves and won the war. In the course of that war many Arab refugees were created but, now here's the interesting thing: the majority of Arab refugees fled in advance of Israeli action. You see, they had spent so much time listening to their rabid anti-semitic leaders screaming about "the evil, murderous Jew" that they freaked-out at the mere thought of a Jewish Army.
Additionally, many were encouraged by their leaders to flee, to temporarily get out of the way so the Arab armies could deal with the "Jewish problem." They could then return to their homes and even have the Jewish lands.
Here's the reality: the Arab world has been cursed with a sense of entitlement and sloth unseen in duration and extent in human history. It is a backwards, primitive world where men dominate women, minorities are oppressed, freedoms are severaly curtailed, and corruption is the grease that makes everything go around. WAKE UP! Stop blaming the Jews (and America) for problems that are your own damn fault! Take responsibility for your own plight and leave my people alone!

Why is the US?
And why are Israel and US allies?
(Being serious: The country of Israel was created by an external force - the UN - by stealing Muslim territory. So what if the palestinians were also given a sovereign territory? It was less than they had before. That's why Israel has to fight to survive there. Israel should have been founded in NY instead, there could have been less bloodshed.)

Because the existance of Israel has always been a problem for muslims, and more so for extremists (I'm trying not to generalize here, but I really don't know much about it).
If an independent state for the Palestinians was ever created, Israel would be in deep, and it most likely would be WW3.

2 reasons.
1) Satan wants to destroy Israel.
2) The people of Israel are not very religious as a whole. They are not serving His nor looking for Him to help them.

Because Israel was founded by terrorists in 1948 and is supported by terrorism.
Terrorist nations rely on terrorism for their continued existence. If Israel didn't terrorize her own citizens & neighbors, she would cease to exist as a nation.
Edit to respond to comment about UN Resolution 181:
Arabs did not agree to have their land partitioned and the UN had no lawful authority to partition Arab land and give it to anyone, much less a gang of terrorists primarily from Eastern Europe.
According to the Hague Conventions that predate the establishment of the UN by the US in 1947, land & private property cannot be kept as the "spoils of war" and upon cessation of hostilities, land must be returned to its former occupants and/or owners. Israel is the glaring exception and its existence is a violation of international law (Hague Conventions to which the US & majority of nations are signatories).

because they are still going round with a chip on their shoulder and are forever going on about the way they were treated during WW2. For crying out loud how many bloody Russians died in that war.
anyone with an ounce of nouse knows that if the west had put enough effort into sorting out the Israeli / Palestinian issue years ago the world would be a far safer and better place to live in today

Because the bible says if the Jews sin the land will spit them out. That's exactly whats happening! I don't condone terrorism in any way that's Gods problem how to spit them out. There will be no military or political solution to the problem. Sorry!

Because it is run by a terrorist organisation. it needs to have the conficts to get its land determined by our bibles. A higher percentage of christians support 'Israel' than that of the Jews.

It is like being a lamb surrounded by a pack of hungry wolves. One has to defend ones’ own existence constantly in this case.
