Actually when a woman says that it means she is probably starting to get frustrated with you trying to find time for her. when i have said that, i was being sarcastic in a passive-aggressive kind of way.

She most likely feels if she didn't pressure you, the time for her you would find a lot faster. Sometimes it's hard to find time for anything, especially with something important. if this girl really means something to you and you do want to find the time, you will have to make the time. It's not the amount of time, it's the quality of the time. Hope this helps

It means that she really wants to have a date with you, and she wishes that you could find time. She doesn't want you to feel like there's too much pressure, because she's nice. She's gonna be happy with whatever time you can find together.
