Would you lose weight if you eat junk food and go jogging ?

As long as the calories you take in are less than the ones you burn, yes. The only problem is, you won't get the nutrition you need and will suffer the long term health consequences like depression, anemia, and so forth. There is no substitute for healthy diet and exercise. You will pay sooner or later... trust me.

Depends on the amount of junk food you eat and how long you jog. If you balance it so you'd burn more calories than you intake then yea you will lose weight. I find that a bit hard though.

Most likely not. You may wish to go rent a movie called "Supersize Me". It is about a man who ate junk food for a month, gained a lot of weight, and became very ill.
