If he is acting like something is worng with him then maybe it is...RUN!!!!! RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!!! STOP, DROP AND ROLL!!!!! CATCH A CAB!!!!! CATCH A GREYHOUND!!!!! Do what ever you have to do to get the heck out of there.

Either one of the following could be true:
1. The guy likes you, and this is just his way of showing it,
2. He is a very energetic freak
3. He suffers from a serious personality disorder.

If you mean "stupid" as in"nervous", it means you want to do things right but end up messing up. It's because you like/love her so much that you get nervous and want to do things right but end up messing things up instead. Don't worry, this smoothness/suaviness will come with age. Be patient with yourself.
