this past weekend and was handcuffed by a female officer...I think he was turned on by her tight uniform and the fact that he had no control with his hands cuffed tight behind his back...I was thinking of getting some police handcuffs and some tight camo capri's....do you think this would be a turnon for him?

i think it probably would ... but dont get police handcuffs, go to a sex shop ... get cuffs from there! cheaper and easier!

A lot of guys (and girls) find being put into handcuffs to be a turn-on, even more so when they aren't in legal trouble! ;-)
There are a lot of on-line vendors for police-issue handcuffs. A Yahoo Search revealed fairly quickly the following:

Another possibility is to purchase them in person. Police supply stores should carry them, and many are open to the public. Military surplus stores are also good places to look. I would tend to recommend this option as you and/or your boyfriend could try them on for size first. ;-)
Adult toy stores are generally not the place to look for them. Although less expensive, they usually only have the single-lock catch and can be a problem in terms of circulation. The police-style can be double-locked in order to keep the jaw from closing further. However, if you do plan to be "active", you may wish to invest in special "bondage cuffs", which are less damaging to the wrists than the typical metal variety.

This can be a lot of fun for both of you. Let him have his turn with you to. Buy the cuffs at an adult book store, they'll be cheaper.

Every sex shop on the planet sells them... :)
Get the sex shop ones, they have a safety release in them so you don't accidently cut off the circulation in your hands. The cop ones (yes I have some) need to be double locked to keep them from racheting tighter, if you don't know what you're doing you can really get hurt.
