My fiance is a Christian man. He is struggling right now with sexual addictions. He is believing GOD for a change. But, at the time being he wathces America's Next Top Model. I mean isn't that a show females are interested in. I don't know to many males that find an interest in America's Next Top Model. As a christian man, shouldn't he stay away from those type of shows, I mean to keep him focused and on the right path. And I also feel like its disrespectful, I don't even watch the show. Women are walking around half naked majority of the time. Do you see it being a problem for him to watch the show?

Tell him how you feel and let him explain why he watches it. I personally don't see anything wrong with that. At least he's not watching porn.

If he is struggling with sexual addictions then no he should not at all watch it. But As a man speak it not that easy. Men are more visual than women. And it is something that I know that I have a problem with.

I encourage you to encourage him to find a strong christian man in you church to keep me accountable in this. You can only do so much but a man might help him better since they understand better.

I will pray for you and him.

I can understand your concern. If he knows he is struggling right now he should definitely stay away from all temptations. Talk to him about it and ask if he feels the show is a temptation and a downfall for him. He may not even see it that way.

Unless he can give an acceptable reason as to why he wishes to watch such a show you've got to think his reasons may be deeper. Apart from that if you feel offended by the show he shouldn't watch it out of respect for you.

If God didn't want men to look at women He would not have made men such visual creatures. Men love to look at naked and semi-naked women, and after all according to the Bible women were made to serve men. So maybe if you are a true Christian you will stop questioning what your husband chooses to do and learn to be more obedient.

"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord."

I see this as a problem of lust. Have you told him that you feel like you are in competition with them? Ask him if he'd like you doing the same thing. Pornography is very addictive. He may need to see a good Christian councilor to get delivered of this thing.

If you are upset and worried that your soon to be husband is watching ANTM, maybe you should rethink such a serious commitment as marriage. I personally don't think it's a big deal, there are worse things he could be doing.

You should talk to him about it. Tell him he can trust God, but he also needs to work on his sexual addiciton. If you don't work this out before you get married it's not going to get any better once you do. You should get pre-marriage counseling and he should talk to his pastor. I will pray for you guys!

(Congratulations on your engagement!)

No, he IS a man right? Men are more visual than woman and it doesnt matter what religion he professes to be.

He isnt watching porn... so what is the problem? Men like sex... women like sex.... end of story!

It is natural to explore your sexuality. We are humans after all. Unless he is watching hard porn or kiddie porn then there isnt much to worry about.
