nope, they will always need sugar from time to time. it cant be done.

I doubt it!! I think medication keeps it at bay...but
at the same time, if a person stays healthy, watches what they eat, exercise, etc etc it may be possible. But I think it depends on how severe the persons illness is. It can get pretty severe, if it's not taken care of.

It dependa on wether they have type 1 or type 2 diabetes. One you can manage by diet and the other your liver does not produce insulin and you HAVE to have insulin injections in order to stay alive.

I do,...just watch my diet, and know what to do when the symptoms of sugar shock overtake me.
