On Right Hand's Central finger or on the finger on its left. It will help seeing or observing the places where we can't insert our HEAD.

The back of my head sounds good but then I would have to cut my hair around it or have a bald spot back there. So the other good place would be on the end of a finger so I can look at places I can't ordinarily see like under the couch for change or a close up look inside my computer or appliance that I am fixing.

You already have one.
Its located between your two eyes, and alittle bit higher.
For most people it remains closed the whole of their lives, but for those who concentrate on the meaning of life, which is spiritual eveolvement, they manage to open it and then they can see, as in understand ,
everything.
As in, Oh, now I see!
Look up the word chakra - you will find that the 6th chakra is the third eye

i agree with pundit, i would like to be able to leave it places. Just think how fun that could be! Drop it in your boy/girlfriends shower...
set it in front of the tv at home while you go to school or work....
have a friend take it to class with them so you can stay home...
that woud be great!
