I seen this man with red dots all over his hands looked like scabs or blood at the surface look really bad and irratated any ideas what this could be is it contagious?

It sounds like cyrisis{I can,t spell the word right but what it is ,is a skin condition and No it is not contagious but it does look real gross and if its healing,the skin starts to flake off,Unfortunatly there is no way of getting rid of it,There are creams,ect. They can get from Docter to controll brake outs,I once worked {Bartending}with man that had it all over arms and its real itchy also,The boss made him were long sleeves because it would Gross Customers out!Hollywood!

It's a skin condition of some sort, and may or may not be contagious. Wash your hands, and anything he may have touched that you have to touch, like a pen or phone. Don't be mean just because he has a problem. You may end being gross with something that isn't your fault one day too.

It could be scabies. That's a type of parasite they burrow into your skin. I don't really know how to describe them. As for the other part of the question, YES they are highly contagious hmm kind of like lice except in your skin instead of hair.

in my job I see a lot of this and its a skin condition.. no big whoop its not contagious nor is it a reason to be rude..
