My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I'd like to know what did you eat? And how long did it take you to run those 10 miles? And what the hell kept you motivated after 3 days? I did something like this but after the 3rd day I screw it. Congratulations! To lose an inch in a day I'd say go to a sauna.

First, please dont think/believe that you have lost 14 pounds of fat in this past week....some of that will be water loss....10 miles of running a day...holy moly you are dedicated..good for you! Eat lots of protein to feed those working muscles. Exercises..directed just at loosing waist fat is what you need, lots of crunches....side stretches that kind of thing..unfortunately when we diet and exercise we cant tell our bodies where we want the fat to come off from! Good luck..drink lots of water and eat sensibly....

Sure. A corset will take up to 2" off your waist, instantly. 4" if you wear it and train correctly...
Long term, diet (portion control) and exercise is really the only way...

you are insane... why would you need to loose it in one day??? you are sooo deticated, why through it all off by changing now, just keep doing what you are doing, but add in other stuff, ya know, like cruches every mile, or leg lifts, stuff like that, that is ment to target abs...... wow.. is till cant believe that you run ten miles a day, when do you have time for anything else.....
