Does anyone know if it is possible to hire a self drive coach if so where?

I take it you are looking in the newcastle area? I looked through the phone book but could not find anything specific. Try the above website if there is a place that does it then it should be there.
Most places would not hire out a coach for self drive as you would need the proper licence to drive it. You would also need to arrange insurance to cover it. But you could try ringing the local firms and asking. Suggest a large deposit.

Its definatley possible to hire a mini -bus but there will be restrictions on age etc. National companies include Hertz, but I would look for something more local - try the phone book!

mini buses yeah, but you need to make sure the person has a PCV licence to drive one.
