It is the saccharin in sweet-n-low that cause cancer. By the way the lab rats used to find this out were only feed saccharin and water. To find out more information check out the link below.

Saccharine is an artifical sweetener that has been around for over 100 years, since 1879. Saccharine is 300 times sweeter than sugar. It was banned as early as 1911, but the bans were lifted during the sugar rationing of WWI.

Nowadays, saccharine is best known in the pink packet form of Sweet 'N Low.

Studies have shown that too much sweet-n-low can cause cancer. But it is not 100% proven.

I agree with the answers above it all depends how much you intake. Now a days it seems everything cause cancer ? I prefer using brown sugar.

dear friend,
anything that creates free radicals in our body can cause cancer.
for example excess eating habbits, junk food, pollution, less sleep, stress , etc.....
so have control on possibly more and more
