That depends on who you LIKE better.
First, did your "ex" accepted your invitation? If she did, she must come first in your list. You have asked her out, BTW, first than her bestfriend, right?
Second, her BEST FRIEND asked you OUT? Isn't that like "against the girl rules???" that a girl's best friend must not ask her ex out??? It might create some kind of a conflict.
But it's your choice, pally!
Some thoughts to think about you must READ.
Substance OVER FORM: Though the "best friend" is HOT, does have a substance over it? I mean if you're with her, does she say or does anything she do have any sense? Are you compatible with her? Like you can talk to her for hours and not get BORED. You talk to her about everything and everything under the sun and she CAN relate to you or at least try to do so.
Another chance??? I don't know the history b/w you and your ex and why you two broke up. I guess asking her out means that you STILL want her back, right? And YOU did have a GOOD/GREAT time when you were with her then you two broke up for some reason you and she knows.
I think the answer is too obvious, on my part [like yeah]. Why would you ask someone out if you're not interested? So another thing interesting came in, what should I do? Of course, prioritize the BEST choice. I don't know your BEST choice but since this is MY OPINION, first come first serve. You've asked your ex out first right after her bestfriend asked you out, right...? Go with your ex first, if your date didn't WORK OUT well. Try the date with her bestfriend which is not a really good idea. It might break their friendship, buddy! Well, if you really care about their friendship, I think you know the obvious.
