I got this answer from kevzname. There was already a question regarding this and this is what he answered. He said that the source is www.pettoysplus.com

The skeleton of the domestic dog has an average of 321 bones, with variation reflecting differences in the number of bones in the tail and the presence of a dewclaw, an extra digit on the paw that not all breeds have.

Yes, a dog, like humans and other animals, have bones. the bones make a skeletal system which gives the basic shape of the animal. Muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc cover the bone structure to make the animal complete. Without the bone structure there would be no support for the muscles, etc and the dog would not be able to stand, walk, sit. As to how many bones a dog has, I don't know (forgotten how many bones a human has also). I do know dogs have a skull, jaw, spine, ribs, hip, leg, and several bones in their feet . I'm sure a vet would know, and you can probably call and get an answer without paying for the info. Good Luck and keeping being curious about everything.

seriously I dont know how old you are but of COURSE they do. They are mammels just like humans and probably have as many bones as we do. I strongly suggest you stick with turtles and goldfish before you get a more intelligent pet like a dog or cat... know more before you take that step.

Dogs are supported by a system of fluid filled pouches. Their hair is actually made from cats, that's why they don't like each other.

An average of 319 bones.
This is an excellent article on skeletal anatomy:
