Have a nice cold bottle of water waiting for him, and tell him you're sorry it's only water, but you didn't want to get him in trouble with a cold Corona. He will most definitely ask you out to join him for a cold one.

Just ask him out....how easy is that? Why are the majority of questions from people asking how to play games with others? Doesn't anybody have any guts anymore? If you just ask him out, one of two things will happen:
He will either say yes, and that's good.
He will say no, and you no longer have to dwell on how you should act, look or react if he looks your way.
Problem solved, get to it.

See how he responds and go from there. There is no harm in you asking him out.

Strike up a conversation with him about Ups and ask him how his wife or girlfriend likes his job? Then if he says something like oh she likes it just fine then you know he is off limits because he has a g/f or a wife. Good Luck to you.

Ask him if he's seeing anyone. Or just tell him you'd like to see him outside of work sometime. There's nothing wrong with asking someone out at work, though you may want to be sure your boss will be okay with it. =)

When he walks in grab his package.....Then start rubbing it all over your body...UPS guys love to see girls play with big packages! Then tell him he can come ride in your big brown truck anytime...Or tell him you would like him to deliver his package at the house with the pink curtains..Or the house with the brown door.( if your in to that type if thing )

Ask him out for drinks - say something like, "Hey, what are you doing tonight - feel like grabbing a drink with me?" He'll be flattered I'm sure.
