You won't go blind, but if you do it at work, you are doing it too much.
Sit on your hand for half an hour and it will feel like someone else is doing it.

no you wont go blind... But you do need to focus your energy on other things ..Like geting a date .... Life is passing you by while youre doing the 5 finger shuffle....
