Does the word 'Jihad' within the context of Islam really mean kill all non believers?

At its most basic form every muslim is responsible for jihad, but it is an internal struggle to remain true to the faith. The term jihad was later corrupted by believers who took the meaning to extend to promoting the faith of Islam by the tip of the sword. From there it was further corrupted by terrorists and radicals calling on the destruction of Israel and of the western world in general.

jihad means the fight against bad or evil. dis is d exact meaning of jihad in islam. jihad doesnt means terorrism or in other words it is d fight against terorrism . for example people of palestine who r daily facing threat 2 der lives but still living dis is jihad.
