Prenatal vitamins.for 2 days now and I already see a difference in my nails a hair. Do you think i'm losing it? or can thy already be takin a effect?

2 days is mabe a little fast, but what it could be is when you are pregnant you body changes, so that is what you are noticing. Most poeple have more than normal hair and nail growth during pregnancy. Sometimes it also grows in weird places. But it is all worth it when you give birth, enjoy being a mom.

why is your avatar sad? are you taking the vitamins to become healthy for pregnancy or because you slready are pregnant? Your pregnancy can make you see the difference as your body changes and your hair and nails grow differently from the change in nutrients in the body. I know a lot of people who took them after removing acrylic nails and it made a HUGE difference, but I doubt it would be so quick. Your hair may seem healthier or in better condition, but I doubt either has actually grown yet. If you are preggo, congrats! If not, Good luck!

You will not see a difference before the hair grows out. It's just your imagination, but it will work eventually.

there is no way you can see a diffrence,nails are dead and so is hair,but keep on dreaming
