I found protein in my urine test ( 1+ ). I know I had overworked, teaching 8 periods of classes each day. Every day at the last two classes, I was too thirsty to continue speaking and had to drink a great amount of water. I became very nervous. My question is whether being nevervous can cause proteinurine ?

No, it can't. But proteinuria and extreme thirst are both symptoms of diabetes. If you have also been very hungry but losing weight, having headaches and stomachaches, have very dry skin, are urinating a lot, feeling dizzy, you might want to see a doctor and get checked out.
