How to teach mentally handicapped children --- (is it possible for them to be normal)?

Handicapp's are normal they were born how we were.People are normal no matter what they look like.They have organ's and hearts and more fingers and toe's,but they still are human's.Have you heard of a humanzee?Well the answer is a Human+chimpazee combined now that is what you call abnormal.You can teach handicapp's how do do sign language and speak.Some are half handicapped and understadable.You can become handicapped in a severe accident.There's alot of fact's seek help on google...I kind of agree with daddy's boy.We have more trouble then a handicapp mentally.Were angry/heart broken/gossip were bad and good.We have alot of problem's physically.Which is why we shouldnt be teasing handicapp's,but it is hard not to because they are deformed and unusual to how we talk normally and act.So i wouldnt call a handicapp abnormal we all have our difference's affectionately.GOD said you are perfect in every way so i wouldn't agree anymore with that.We all have our ups and down's and all have our weaknesse's so there you go.

What is normal??? Intellectually disabled children learn differently to so called "normal', people and depending on the level of the disability there is always going to be a limit to what can be learnt. This does not mean that a happy and fulfilling life cannot be lived, it just means that things may be done differently with different results. Everyone is good at something its just a little harder for disabled people to find that something.

Yes it is possible to teach mentally handicapped children. It just requires lots and lots of patience. They are able to learn as much as they possibly can. Not as much as you or I
