When preparing breakfast, should I use 1 or 2 packets of Quaker Instant Oatmeal. In other words, is it sufficient to only eat 1 pack of oatmeal for breakfast?

I'm a full-grown man, by the way. Each packet is 170 calories.

Most men would need 2 packets, but if you are finding that one fills you up and keeps you full for a while, then 1 is good for you.
My son is 6'5", yet he can't eat too much at any one meal, but he does eat allot during the day. He eats one pack but then a hour later needs more.

If you are concerned about calories, you can try the new Quaker Oats weight control oatmeal.

I have tried it and can just about finish one pack and one pack may be enough for you. Always do what is right for you and not generally for the masses.

If all you are going to have is the oatmeal then have 2 packs, not much in 1 pack.

2 packs, 1 is barely enough for anyone and a grown man could surely eat 2, if not 3!

I'd go for the two for a grown man.....

homemade old fashioned oatmeal is better for you though! but I know, not as fast or convenient......

merely enable your dermis heal. zits remedies could be rather harsh and your dermis needs somewhat time to loosen up and heal itself. The worst concern you're able to do is to saturate it with creams/therapy/mask and so on. merely determine you thoroughly cleanse your dermis each morning and night (i exploit a organic, detergent-loose cleansing soap) and not in any respect forget to moisturize (use a delicate oil-loose moisturizer so it won't clog your pores). One final concern: all of us have pores throughout our dermis, from earlier we are born till as quickly as we die. you could no longer get you dermis to be pore-loose. Nor are you able to cut back the size of your pores - it is set by using your genes. you could nevertheless in trouble-free terms keep them sparkling and not clogged.

One is sufficient, but some days, you may want two

One is enough. You can add some other foods from different food groups if you want more. Like yogurt, high fiber cereal with milk, eggs or turkey bacon.

how important is oatmeal compared to the American soldiers who are protecting our freedoms? Perhaps you should send them a care package with all your oatmeal. I am sure they would appreciate your "sacrifice"
