I am assuming its as hard drink.Of course its bad to start so early.
First of all when we get up in the morning our stomach is completely empty. An empty stomach can cuse you a loads of problems.AS we all are being suggested to take much foods while drinking so that the alcohol shud not effect the digestive system of the body.So if you wanna start early kindly have your Breakfast give it some time to dissolve and then you can have drink accordingly.
Hope it will help you

Depends. I used to work the night shift until 3:30 a.m. So 7 a.m. wasn't unusual for a beer.

Wait, in college, we had a severe champagne binge before our final of the year.

It happens.

I don't know why your life is in such derision.I feel sorry for your body not to mention other things.I hope you don't have a family to take care of.It wont be long and you will have to change this behavior.A little wine for your stomachs sake and often infirmity but don't turn the natural use into abuse.I hope you change before its to late.

it depends, if your a shift worker and just want to socialize for a few hrs instead of heading back home, then its ok, i used to finish a night shift at 6am, and a few of us would go to the meat market pubs in central london which open at 5am, a few pints of beer and a hearty breakfast did us the world of good before going home to sleep
