Scrambled with tomatoes, onions and cilantro. It's a family recipe! But I agree with you on the over hard edd suggestion. I also hate the runny stuff and it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth too.

Scrambled, but I mix it in a blender as I can't stand the little white bits in it and I make sure it's dry. Can't stand when it's runny or wet either

With grits, over easy (white cooked yellow runny). With hash brown, scrambled. Sometimes just poached with rye toast. Always with bacon.

HI Sunshine!
I like my eggs hard boiled because I can do so much with them: eat as a whole egg(quick for an on the go meal), dice for a salad, deviled eggs, sliced for a sliced egg sandwich, make an egg salad sandwich, etc.!

Over Easy. Although I'm not a big fan of egg whites. Breakfast is the best meal of the day!

I love Edward B's answer...
However I would say on toast with salt and grounded coarse pepper...must be a little runny though...

I like the whites only. Can't stand the taste of yolk.
I can only eat the yolk when I make scrambled egs with onions, brocoli and potatoes. Salt, pepper, yum!

I also like them over hard. If they are runny it makes me want to hurl.
