It differs from person to person, each girl has her own "checklist" of what she wants in a man. Mostly it's honesty, he must be caring and loving, some girls don't even care how you look as long as you have a great personallity accourding to their "checklist". Mainly just be yourself, you'll find the right girl, it doesn't help to be someone you are not, then it will never work out. I hope this will bring some clarity.
