First running is the worst exercise,can cause heart Tac,vevcal veins,make boobs droop,ect.Speed walking or just walking is much better for you!If you exercise,you should do every other day,and the days you don,t stay active like swimming,walking bike riding,and you,ll be streching at same time getting fit!Good Luck!Hollywood!

I worked out at 6 am and you can over do it this one guy passed on the exercise bike we had to call 911 never heard what happened to him if you don't over to it you can be fine my dad lifts to much weight and has had 2 operations on his guns ugh he still works out.......I do as well guess like father like son the health benefits out weigh the side affects depends on what you are doing you can injury your legs in many ways I have so far already you must work your muscles before you wokr out
