No they dont, its the same as kissing someone without braces...

I suppose it would be possible if both people involved in the kiss were chewing gum at the same time. But even then I think it would be very rare for that to happen.

i'm no longer somewhat constructive precisely the variety you're kissing yet while i'm kissing, my llips and mouth are to eloped with my gfs that we don't get everywhere close to the teeth to the teeth. yet, I dont' placed on braces and neither does she so that's distinctive.
