Check the timer setting. Someone might have accidently pressed the button to automatically turn it off at a certain time. Turn it off, if possible. Hopes this helps

sleep timer makes a tv shut off on its own... maybe you've overused it? or your tv's just really broken! that had happened to me and as you probably know it's bloody frustrating. take it to those electronic shops if they can fix it or else just buy a new set.

If you live in a tropical area, then 'moisture' is the main problem for any electronic device.
You could either take it to a repair shop or open the box up and use your hair dryer to clear the moisture.

mabey u or some programed the t.v to turn off at a surtend time or it the sleep timer u push accedently I'v done that before and forgotten lol

Check to make sure none of the other buttons are stuck. Spray a little WD40 on a wrag and wipe it off.

It's broken, receiving signals from someone else's remote control, or receiving signals via its remote receiver that it perceives to be remote control signals. Cover the remote receiver port and see if it still shuts down. If it does, then it probably needs repair.

It sounds like the on/off switch may be faulty. It would probably be a good idea to take it to a technician.
