Biology, Human Biology, Psychology or Sociology if these are availble which you will need to go onto to study at A-Level. If you do a quick search on occupational therapy courses for University it will say what requiremnets are needed on the sites.
Best of luck

I suggest looking at www.prospects.ac.uk (you can search jobs and qualifications needed)
Although i would say take subjects that you will enjoy as long as you have good Maths, english and science grades the others won't necessarily matter -a language might be useful too.

I dont think it really matters as long as you get good grades in your core subjects, ie English, maths etc. check ucas.com to see what A levels you need and choose your GCSE's accordingingly.

I would hazzard a guess at PE.
Go on to www.connexions.co.uk and they tend to have all careers with qualifications needed.
