i sometimes take afternoon naps and i'm not fat.

Yes One can become Fat if he/she eats Rice in the noon and then Sleep Immediatly,,

Well, a siesta is common practise in Spain, Portugal, China, Taiwan, India, Greece, The Middle East and North Africa. It's taken in the afternoon after lunch. This midday nap doesn't seem to do them any harm, and as far as I can tell, they are not fat people!

Yes its true, if you sleep after a meal in the afternnon you tend to retain the fat and eventually grow fat, even i started becoming fat after i started sleeping in the afternoon.

If you eat and then go to sleep all that food will store as fat because your not using it. Doesn't matter what time you sleep just don't eat first.

It does not matter when you sleep. In put should equal to out put thats the main thing. If you eat more that is you are in putting more calories in your system you got to burn out that much of calories by work and exercise to remain constant by weight. If you sleep more you are not burning much calories.

If you sleep in the daytime every day you can gain weight. You won't be burning calories exercising you will be being lazy. You can sleep in the daytime in the summer or if you are sick.
