Hi
Congrats on the loss however it could be playing havoc with your body. Fruit contains a type of sugar which is fine, and a good sugar in moderation. If you're having a lot of it then it may start causing your blood sugar levels to rise and fall.
It probably isn't detoxing you because of all the chemicals used nowadays on your food inc fruit and veg (ie pesticides). If you really want to carry on this way then try organic which *might* be better.
The longer you go without solid food, the harder your body will find it to deal with solids. Maybe now is the time to start replacing a juice with a meal. Having porridge for breakfast is a good idea. Very healthy if made with milk for some extra calcium. A source of protein is fairly important too!

I do not know how old you are but I assume that your are not using a lot of energy and that you do not have a family around you to feed and control. You will be living on your reserves of fat to have lived for two weeks on juices. Now is the time to take stock and introduce protein and some calories into your diet. Weight loss will be less after two weeks as with any controlled diet. Maybe you ought to join Weight Watchers where you will be guided through a safe weight loss programme.

Congratulations on losing a stone. I don't think its a good idea to try and live on juices though. My mother went on a mad rampage of just drinking juiced fruit and veg. Granted she did lose weight but her face has aged so much. She also gets dizzy spells. I think that something missing in her diet has done the damage.

the point of juice fasting is to furnish your device a ruin from digesting solids, like the fiber in finished/pureed end result and vegetables. So in case you want to do a juice quickly then you extremely could desire to juice no longer puree. yet once you want to easily do end result and greens, then of path pureeing the veg and end result's advantageous, as is ingesting them finished. It in simple terms relies upon how reliable (speedy) of a cleanse you want. What does your doctor think of you want? To the human beings in contact approximately meals, juice fasting is advantageous to do for some days. it is going to help your physique detox and cleanse, at an much less complicated value than entire (water in user-friendly terms) fasting. It somewhat would not harm your physique to circulate with out protein, fiber, fat etc for in user-friendly terms some days.

While I am an advocate of short-term, periodic juice fasts, you should not maintain that diet for long periods. You are getting very little protein. Among other things, you need protein for muscle development and to maintain your immunity. With that kind of diet, a significant part of your weight loss is likely water weight...which means when you stop the diet the weight will come back on because it is NOT fat loss.

I doubt very much if you can sustain yourself on juices. Your body needs bulk to operate, not just vitamins. You will lose the weight, yes, but you will also damage your digestive system. Your weight loss will be temporary, by the way, and you many be losing muscle tissue, not fat. See a dietician for a correct diet that will not give you heart failure! Good Luck.

You should read Jason Vale, The Juice Master, he is very good. Fruit and veg juices are so much better for the body than "normal" food which most people stuff everyday so if you are feeling good, go for it!

The problem is that the body needs proteins and fats.
Do not stay on it for more than three weeks, take a healthy eating normal foods break and then return to it.
Well done.
