wash dat place everyday and put gulab jal also . put cuccumber juice or cut one slice of cuccumber and rub on dat place so dat black spots cure. dont put bindi for some days.

u are elergic so dont use bindi. apply alovera gel mixed with amba halad

you can try this get banyan(bargad or peeple) tree root .make a paste of it and apply in the effected area.it worked for my aunt.
