kanojo ga YES to kotaetara, sorewa NO tte koto.
NO tte kotaetara, sorewa "tabunYES"...
When you translate lyrics, try not to translate word by word but to pick the easy phrase.
And don't try to be correct grammatically, either.
If you go strictly right with grammar,
彼女の”はい”は ”いいえ”を意味する。
そして”いいえ” は ”たぶん” である。
Kanojo no hai wa iie wo imisuru.
soshite iie wa tabun dearu.
well..., not so bad? But it never sounds like lyric (lol).

Japanese is totally different from English. An automatic translator doesn't work properly. You can only ask a human in order to get the correct translation.
