That depends on quite a few things. Is it going to be a serious relationship or are you just jumping into the sack whenever you get the chance. I just had a very relaxed relationship with one of my housemates. It lasted 2 weeks and we are still mates. It might have ended badly if one of us was in love but luckily that wasn't the case.
You need to talk things through with your housemate to find exactly what each of you expects from the relationship. You are living together already so your relationship will autonatically be a lot more serious than any other new relationship you might have started.
Since my housemate and I broke up I have become quite close to another of my housemates. I feel this might be serious so I have decided not to rush into anything. Taking it slow and trying to find out if she feels the same way. Whilst also taking into acount the feelings of my 1st housemate. This could get complicated so I want to be sure it will be worth it.
Hope my experiences have helped you make a decision!

I didnt got the full point of your question. You should tell me what's the relation between you and teh housemate.
You seem to make a controversial statement, which has no meaning

No, it's not.
Where there is no mutual maturity and understanding that what happened was a one off thing (it has been done) then it becomes an issue between both parties.
You may both never be able to cope with the other's decision to seek it elsewhere.Unnecessary and avoidable hassles!!

If it reduces your rent. Booty calls should not live with each other, generally speaking. There should be some kind of understanding. Maybe she'll help out and hold the camera and record you and your real girl going at it.

If you have to ask the question then its better that you don't...There is no better judge than yourself. Remember it is you and you alone that has to live with the responsibility of your actions. So, think about what your going to do very carefully considering all the consequences. Best of luck!!!

You haven't given enough details for me to give you the best advice... but as a general rule, I'd suggest avoiding sex outside marriage just on principle. Sex outside a marriage is just asking for emotional baggage.
