it is not possible. There is no such software to do so when a disk can't be recorded. The software can't do anything when a hardware can't accept recording.

Bodhu mate you have won the bet because you can't burn a CD with CD-ROM unless your CD-ROM is burner. I am working with major company in UK ( sorry for legal reason I cannot say which ) for some time and never heard there is software like that. Tell your friend I am willing to pay whatever he ask for that software. If he is willing then contact me. I will fly to India and make a deal with him through you.

Well I am developing that type of software which can burn Cd on a CD - ROM.I think i will complte it in 2050 and the price will be around $100 for the software

well if it is an ordinary CD drive then you cannot. u need a CD burner. software has control only over existing hardware, the drive should have the physical capability to burn CD's
